Estate gardener — LaGrange County

Now hiring: we are hiring an estate gardener in LaGrange County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Day to day you will check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $150 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
