The role involves: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Part-time with flexible hours.
