Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Cook County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $28 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
