Great opportunity: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Franklin County, Ohio. Requirements: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings On the job you will handle: • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
