Gantry crane operator wanted in Kware

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Kware, Sokoto State. You will be based in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. What we are looking for: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Understanding of hand and radio signals Your main tasks: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
