Counter butcher wanted in Cooke County

Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in Cooke County, Texas. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 3+ years on the tools preferred.
