Butcher wanted in Ijumu

We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Ijumu, Kogi State. You will work in a supermarket meat department. The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
