Now hiring: we are hiring a marble fitter in Collier County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs Full-time with occasional weekends.
