Butcher — Konduga

Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Konduga, Borno State. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₦145,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
