Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Elko County, Nevada. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Part-time with flexible hours.
