Head butcher — Warrington

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head butcher in Warrington, England. You will work in a meat processing plant. Your main tasks: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
