Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in Harrison County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
