Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Stark County, Illinois. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
