On a typical shift you will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
