Join our team: we are hiring a retail butcher in Kimble County, Texas. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
