Great opportunity: bread and bun maker (Madhya Pradesh)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Ideally you have knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; 2+ years' experience as a baker; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
