Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts The role involves raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; upsell starters, desserts and beverages.
