Nursery worker — Karimganj

Vacancy available: we are hiring a nursery worker in Karimganj, Assam. You will work at a private estate garden. Your main tasks: • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers We are looking for an eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish; good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting.
