Join our team: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Walker County, Texas. The job is in a five-star hotel. Day-to-day duties: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Six days a week, one day off.
