What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
