Dish pit attendant — Idah

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Idah, Kogi State. The job is in a catering unit. On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
