Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Full-time, day shift.
