Captain waiter • Iron County, Utah

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Iron County, Utah. The job is in a five-star hotel. On a typical shift you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
