Pastry baker wanted in Aba South

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Aba South, Abia State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
