Join our team: grill cook (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Ware County, Georgia. Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Six days a week, one day off. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
