Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at a banquet hall. We are looking for basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts. Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
