Urgent requirement: glass fitter (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a glass fitter in Willacy County, Texas. You will be based on a high-rise facade project. You should have: • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Able to cut glass accurately to size The role involves: • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
