Meat cutter wanted in Denton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Denton County, Texas. On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 4+ years on the tools preferred.
