Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Day to day you will straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line.
