Bakery assistant wanted in Kendall County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Kendall County, Illinois. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
