Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Ijumu, Kogi State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 5+ years on the tools preferred.
