Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN). You should have: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₹31,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
