Gtaw welder wanted in Kwami

Join our team: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Kwami, Gombe State. The job is in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. Day to day you will set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; carry out 6G pipe welds where required. Requirements: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Part-time with flexible hours.
