Join our team: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Mason County, Washington. You will work at a halal meat counter. On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Six days a week, one day off.
