Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Stanton County, Nebraska. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
