Now hiring: aluminium TIG welder (Rivers State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Okrika, Rivers State. You will work at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. Ideal candidate: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard On a typical shift you will tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
