You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. We are looking for quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths; 2+ years experience working as a butcher. Six days a week, one day off. We offer ₹30,000 per month plus benefits.
