Room service attendant • Pope County, Illinois

Join our team: we are hiring a room service attendant in Pope County, Illinois. You will be based in a quick-service restaurant. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day to day you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; clear and reset tables between covers; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
