Framing carpenter • Union County, Oregon

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Union County, Oregon. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent The role involves: • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience.
