Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Henry County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time with occasional weekends.
