Urgent requirement: baker (Georgia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Greene County, Georgia. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Overtime paid at a premium rate.
