Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Gwandu, Kebbi State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Pay around ₦170,000 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
