Bread and bun maker wanted in Marshall County

Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Marshall County, Kentucky. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Performance bonus on top of base pay.
