Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Sullivan County, Tennessee. You will be based at a busy bakery. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials 1+ years on the tools preferred.
