We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Morrow County, Oregon. You will be based at a busy machine shop. What we are looking for: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm The role involves: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
