Lift erector wanted in Hernando County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift erector in Hernando County, Florida. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. The role involves: • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments Ideal candidate: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Six days a week, one day off.
