Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
