Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Clay County, Florida. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Day-to-day duties: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Load and index turning tools in the turret You should have: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg 2+ years on the tools preferred.
