You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Your main tasks: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Check back during the meal and handle special requests 6+ years on the tools preferred.
