You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
